How long will it take to process my order?

All our wall boards are manufactured to order and we aim to have your order with you within 10 working days.

Larger boards (over 2200mm x 1000mm) and planner boards can take up to 15 working days.

Accessories and Ready to Ship Boards are typically dispatched within 48 hours.

I can’t find the exact dimensions I need, can you help?

Yes. We manufacture our boards in-house in the UK and can produce them to any size required.

Please email us with your requirements and we’ll be happy to provide a quote.

What if I change my mind and want to return my glass wipe board?

As our boards are made to order, returns for unwanted items must be requested via email.

Once returned in as-new condition, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method.

Delivery

How will I know when my board will arrive?

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you’ll receive:

  1. A dispatch confirmation email
  2. A delivery notification from our courier

Delivery usually takes 24 hours after manufacture.

Do you deliver outside mainland UK?

Orders from mainland UK can be placed directly via the website.

For:

  • Scottish Islands
  • Northern Ireland
  • Isle of Man
  • Channel Islands

Please contact us directly.

Delivery to these areas may take an additional 3 working days.

How safe are your glass writing boards?

Our boards are made from toughened safety glass and comply with European safety standard BS EN 12150.

All components are lab tested to ensure durability and quality.

Can you colour match our brand or wall paint?

Yes, we offer a colour matching service.

We can match:-

  • RAL
  • Pantone
  • British Standard
  • Dulux
  • Farrow & Ball
  • Valspar
  • and other major paint brands

We can also produce a sample if needed.

What is the largest size you make?

We can create boards to cover any area.

For practical installation, we recommend individual boards do not exceed:

👉 2400mm x 1200mm

For larger walls, multiple boards can be installed seamlessly using invisible fixings.

Are glass boards worth the extra cost?

Our boards are:-

Can I use any magnets on magnetic boards?

Standard magnets are not strong enough.

We supply suitable magnets, or you can use any magnet specifically designed for glass magnetic boards.

How do I install my glass wipe board?

Installation is straightforward for a handyman or experienced DIYer.
