Delivery

Processing time on our stock boards is 48 hours.

Delivery is normally made by courier via a next-day-delivery service once your order has been processed. Please be aware that all couriers offer a single-person, ground-floor doorstep delivery service only and will not take goods/orders into their final installation location. Also, for glass boards over 25kg in weight, assistance offloading may be required.

We strongly advise that you do not schedule or start any installation work until you have received your order.

Free Shipping! It is reassuring to know that we do not charge for delivery for stock orders to mainland UK! Offshore UK will be subject to a small surcharge.

Returns

The return of any no longer wanted items needs to be requested, to us, via email. The email addresses needed are available on the contact us page. All such returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return credit, all items must be in pristine (as new) condition and in original packaging and we must be notified in writing within 30 days of receipt of goods.

For orders with shortages, damaged goods, or incorrect goods supplied, please inform us via email within two working days of receipt of order. Non-delivery should be notified in writing within 14 days of the date of invoice.

Our Anti-microbial coating is a non-hazardous, water-based seal that protects your tinted glass board.

It reduces Microbial properties by a massive 72.9%. As a result your board has a more hygienic surface.

Its long-lasting bond reduces cleaning cycles and, furthermore, reduces the need to use harsh chemicals for cleaning.

The coating safeguards the glass against wear and tear, which therefore extends the life of surfaces.

Lastly, its environmentally friendly composition minimises its ecological footprint whilst maximising its impact on safety.
